Fabrication

We use multiple types of polishing. In buff polishing, an abrasive material (Soap) is used which superficially cleans and evens out uneven parts on a surface, and helps remove minor dents and scratches. The process of flame polishing creates super smooth edges usually on thermoplastics by exposing it to a flame. Operator skill is critical as it relies on precision timing. Diamond polishing is a method for giving acrylic edges a highly polished look this is done by passing the parts though a machine with a high speed spindle with diamond tipped tooling.
